Lord of the Rings Online is free to play! Well...it has been for a while now. Since going live around last September, the game's revenue has literally doubled, millions more players have joined, and it is being updated with new quests and items more frequently.

LotRO marks the second Turbine game that has seen success going free to play, with Dungeons & Dragons Online doing so the previous year, which was just recently named the most innovative game of the decade by TenTonHammer. To be fair, not everything is free.

Some things are only purchasable through the online store, such as items that give bonuses and quest packs. You can purchase whatever you want to customize your own experience. A subscription based system still exists, which allows people who pay monthly to have all missions and classes open to them without needing to purchase them in the store, and they get a monthly Turbine Point allowance for use in the store. That's not to say the game is lacking for free players, there is still so much for you to do that you won't feel slighted.

If you don't feel like turning your money into Turbine Points, certain quests and deeds in the game also reward Turbine Points merely for completing them.

I uploaded this game because it's quite large and there were no recent links for the game on any services that people frequently use. Have fun!

This installer contains the High Resolution pack, which is for people with good computers who want the game to look even better with DirectX 10 and even DirectX 11 support. This is completely optional, if you don't want to install the pack then merely uncheck it during the install process.

I made this for a couple of reasons. First of all, finding working links for this game is a colossal pain in the butt. Secondly, I made a portable version of this game a while back but it refused to work on the new Windows 7. This one is completely remade and works great.

*Completely portable! Put it on a usb drive and play on any PC or laptop computer! *2gb smaller in size than the installed version. *Multiplayer not added. This isn't a huge loss, no one plays the multiplayer anyway. *Less clutter! It doesn't write to the file system, everything is saved inside a tiny folder right next to the exe. *Only two files to contend with! It won't slow down PC repair with an overabundance of data. VERY quick to delete if you don't want it anymore.

Burnout Paradise (formerly known as Burnout 6) by Criterion Games is the
seventh game in the Burnout video game series. It was released in January
2008 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It was also released on the PlayStation
Store in September 2008 and will be available on Microsoft Windows from
February 2009. It has an open world set in the fictional Paradise City, with
